This is my first rose bud of 2015 in the garden here at Brambleberry Jams. The roses are all organically grown so the roses can be used for Rose Jelly and the petals are dried over the AGA so they can be used to decorate the handmade hampers.
Brambleberry Jams garden grows fresh vegetables every summer and the small fruit trees provide apples and damsons for the jams and jellies.
